CEO \ PRESIDENT - Scott Heimdal

Scott Heimdal is president of RS operations and manages overall operations. Heimdal is directly responsible for all survey, recovery, preservation activitiesand overall project management. He also manages the other four departments, coordinating overall efforts throughout various phases of exploration, recovery and preservation.

Mr. Heimdal brings a broad range of field operations planning and management expertise to this venture. He has extensive knowledge of survey technology, field survey procedures and operational planning. His extensive field experience includes operations in the Middle East, Mediterranean, Central and South America. Heimdal is well-known throughout the field and has been the subject of numerous national media articles.

VICE-PRESIDENT - Dennis Davis
Support Services

Dennis Davis heads the logistics department and manages ship operations and support. Mr. Davis was responsible for acquisition of the Research Vessel Beacon and her subsequent refitting. He will continue the ongoing management of the R\V Beacon and recently acquired salvage vessels.

Mr. Davis brings extensive management experience from a broad range of industries. He will also oversee all support services and subcontractors, ensuring that support activities meet operational needs and conform to contractual requirements.



VICE-PRESIDENT - Terry Towery
Communications

Terry L. Towery, 51, spent 25 years at the Peoria Journal Star as a sports writer, news reporter, columnist and editor. He was an assistant city editor and the newspaper's assignment editor from 1997 to 2007.

Towery received numerous local, state, regional and national journalism awards during his career. He currently is a free-lance journalist contributing to news organizations such as the Associated Press in Chicago and Bloomberg News in Washington, D.C. Since 2001, Towery has served as a vice president and director of communications for RS Operations LLC.

Towery served four years in the United States Air Force as a nuclear missile security specialist, attaining the rank of sergeant before being honorably discharged in 1980. He is the author of one novel, "The Devil You Don't Know", and is currently writing his second novel, a political thriller.

EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT - Peter Tobia
Investor Relations

Mr. Tobia is an entrepreneur with 24 years of comprehensive international treasure salvage knowledge. He has more than 30 years experience as a founder, principal or director of nine public companies, Heimdal said. His particular areas of expertise include registration and reporting of public companies, investor and public relations, stock promotion, web site lead generation, analysis of viable international treasure opportunities, treasure business development and marketing of historical treasure and artifacts.

His collection of authentic 17th Century treasure chests is among the largest in the world. He has assisted in the creation of two Florida maritime heritage museums -- the History of Diving Museum in Islamorada and Pirate Soul in Key West.

Mr. Tobia holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University. He also holds a New Jersey Professional Engineer's license as well as Real Estate licenses with Thorpe Sotheby's International Realty in Vero Beach, Fla., and Ward Wight Sotheby's International Realty in Sea Girt, N.J., and specializes in luxury waterfront properties.

OPERATIONS MANAGER - Gerry Edwards
Latin American Operations

Gerry Edwards has dived the coast of California for 50 years and is Nitrox and Advanced Open Water certified. Mr. Edwards has discovered several shipwrecks in the Pacific Ocean and the West Indies. He has personally recovered substantial amounts of treasure and artifacts over his many years in this industry.

Mr. Edwards is highly experienced with a broad range of metal detecting instrumentation, both on land and underwater. He currently works with Whites Electronics R\D department on new system designs, field trials and product development. Mr. Edwards began writing in 1993 and has written over 100 articles for various treasure magazines such as Lost Treasure and Western and Eastern Treasure magazine through the years.

OPERATIONS MANAGER - Steve Elchlepp
Caribbean Operations

Steve Elchlepp has an extensive management background in a broad range of industries. Originally certified to dive in 1985, Mr. Elchlepp continued attaining specialty certifications to include: deep water diver, rescue diver, wreck penetration, nitrox diver, technical diver, dive master, dive instructor. Mr. Elchlepp has been on numerous dives to depths in excess of 400 feet.

His extensive list of underwater accomplishments includes numerous dives to document the wreck of the Andrea Doria for use in the Discovery Channel program "SS Andrea Doria, A Journey of Adventure".

Mr. Elchlepp manages our base of operations in Key West and is responsible for development of projects throughout Florida and Caribbean waters.

EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT - Greg Asbury

Effective environmental impact management during field operations is an important component of ORRV'S operational model. Mr. Asbury, vice president of Mactec-ESE, one of the nation's largest environmental engineering firms, has over two decades of environmental engineering and project management experience. His skills will be utilized to coordinate the various engineering disciplines that will be required to fulfill project requirements.
